CEO & Founder of Live Springs Psychotherapy, Clinical Psychologist

Sylvia is a licensed clinical psychologist with 10 years’ experience providing therapy and assessment services across different hospitals and Institutions in Kenya.
As the founder of Live Springs Psychotherapy, she helps people who experience depression, trauma, and substance use. She also helps them achieve overall life improvement. She provides a judgement free & safe space in order for her clients to feel as comfortable as possible during their sessions.
Sylvia is an associate member of the Kenya Psychiatric Association. She actively participates in talks and attend all KPA’s meetings. She also enjoys utilizing her psychological expertise in providing well-researched interventions and opinions in her clinical practice.

Administrator

Annet is a hardworking and important member of the Live Springs Psychotherapy family. She assists the psychologists in scheduling appointments, responding to correspondence, keeping the psychologists informed and organizing day-to-day activities within the company. Through her profession in various organizations, Annet has grown immensely within her communication and management skills.
Annet is also currently completing her accounting technician diploma (ATD). During her free time, Annet loves hiking, writing and volunteering at various charitable causes.

SAKINA KALYAN

SAKINA KALYAN

Consultant Psychologist

Sakina is a passionate psychology enthusiast, with vast experience working with individuals and normalizing the value of mental wellbeing. She aims to provide therapeutic coping mechanisms to enhance an individual’s view about themselves and the world around them.
She has graduated with a Bachelors of Social Science with a double major in Psychology and Social Development from the University of Cape Town. Additionally, she is currently completing her Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology at the United Stated International University – Africa.
Through her experience in various organizations, Sakina has vast knowledge and skills when working with teenagers and adults who are experiencing various mental health difficulties and disorders. Sakina is currently a professionally licensed and registered member of the Kenya Association of Professional Counsellors (KAPC).
